The Real-Life Avengers

  The Real-Life Avengers: My Grandparents

We all have heroes. For some, it's a fictional character from a comic book or movie. But my heroes are far more real, far more relatable, and infinitely more inspiring, as you know if you read my first blog both of my parents died When I was young And my gradparents adopted and took care of me and my siblings. So my grandparents My hero. They're my own personal Avengers, each one of them have their unique strengths that shaped my life and continue to inspire me. They weren't perfect, of course - they were just people, with flaws and imperfections like everyone else. But their love, their resilience, and their unwavering dedication to family made them extraordinary.

Tatay Marlito– The Provider and protector: Tatay Marlito was the heart of our family . His superpower was his generosity and his unwavering commitment of providing for our family. He worked tirelessly, ensuring everyone of the family member had what we needed in our daily life. He taught me the value of hard work and the importance of providing for those you love, And don't waste the things or food that are given to us. He is the one who always made sure we were safe and secure. He wasn't afraid to stand up for what was right, even if it meant facing hardship.

Nanay Visitacion – The Strategist and Caring: Grandma Visitacion wasn't one for flashy displays. Her superpower was strategy. She possessed an uncanny ability to navigate life's challenges with unwavering determination. Facing financial hardship? Nanay Visitacion would strategize, budget, and find creative solutions, always ensuring we had what we needed in our daily life. Even though she often gets angry because of us, she always takes care of me, my siblings, and may tatay when we're sick and she always makes sure that we ate a home cooked food.

My grandparents weren't superheroes in capes and masks, but their actions spoke louder than any fictional character ever could. They faced challenges with courage, loved us unconditionally, and taught me and my siblings the true meaning of strength, and family. They are my real-life Avengers, and I am eternally grateful for their unwavering love and support. They are the heroes of my story, and their legacy will continue to inspire me for years to come.

Getting to know Me

Hi, welcome to my blog. I'm Althea Fiona D. Libradilla. I'm 17, born on March 13th, 2007, a Senior High School student from Maximo Estrella Senior High School. Lived and grew up at 2525 Onyx Street San Andres Bukid Manila.

I had stories to tell, ideas to share, Life hasn't always been easy for me, Losing both my parents at a young age left a void,I'm still young, but I need to be mature for my siblings. I'm always cheerful and happy in their eyes, but deep inside I have a grudge and pain, why did they leave us? we are not ready yet, I'm not ready yet. But I need to be strong because my grandparents are old and I am their helper because my uncles and aunts already have families. But it also form a strength I never knew I possessed. I've found solace in the familiar comfort of my grandparents home and three siblings (two sisters, one brother), my passions, and the love of my girlfriend, who's been with me for a year and three months. This blog is where I'll share my journey; my love for volleyball, k-dramas, dancing, and anything sweet. Expect honest reflections, happy moments, and the occasional bittersweet memory. Welcome to my world.
